Our landmark Projects

Running Project

A hundred-acre contiguous extent. Several landmark residential, commercial projects, SEZs, educational institutions and Government offices are in the vicinity. The place is surrounded by tranquil vegetation. We are just 12 min away from Bengaluru – Hyderabad National Highway No. 44. We are located off Chaparadakallu Road / Bengaluru Rural DC office road, Dyavarahalli Village.

Delivered Project

Our first and foremost. It is not over till it is over. Development work in all the layouts in RBEHWS Tavarekere project except the electrical work on Sy. No. 153/3 is complete and e-khathas for all the sites in the project have been released subsequent to the final release of sites by the Planning Authority. Plenty of buying and selling activities are taking place as there is a huge demand for the sites in RBEHWS Tavarekere layout. We request the members to ensure that they adhere to the requirements of Society’s bylaws and insist on the admission of buyers as members of Society if the buyers are not members while buying sites in Society project.

FAQs

1. Are the promises or commitments made by the Society irrevocable?

A: No. The price, offers, terms and conditions stated above are dependent on a reasonable presumption that the project would take off and receive the support of members on the expected lines and no external factor, relevant to the project and beyond the control of Society, would adversely impact the project.

A: Seniority for allotment of sites will be fixed on the basis of time and date of payment of commitment money.

A: i. Multifunction convention Centre.

ii. State of the art Club House, Community lounge, Co-working space, Multi-purpose indoor courts for badminton, etc., and Vyaayam (fitness, gym and Yoga) Centre.

iii. Sports facility with mini-fields for cricket, football, basketball and walking track and Children play area.

iv. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

v. Integration of facilities for use as event venue.

vi.  Meditation Centre.

vii. Open air theatre.

viii. All round compound wall.

ix. Wide roads with footpaths and Solar street lights, closed SWDs and underground electric cables.

A: Payment seniority will be given as soon payment is made. Incomplete commitment payments will not be considered for seniority and booking price unless full commitment payments are made. The booking price will be applied only to the extent of commitment money paid and for the remaining amount the price prevailing during the time of allotment will be applicable.

A: No layout plan gets the approval of the planning authority without an access to the public road. The layout on Sy.no.153/3 has access to a public road from Tavarekere town. However, the allottees of the layout demanded the connectivity to the main layout of RBEHWS on the eastern side and the Society has considered the demand and had been working in that direction and the work on approach road to 153/3 layout is underway.

A: We are only cautioning the 153/3 site owners not to sell now when the proposed acquisition for ‘Circular Railway’ may fetch better value for their property. We have information that DPR has been conducted in connection with the project.
